Damaged or Faulty items

if your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. 

please include: Your order number, A clear description of the issue, Photos of the damaged or faulty item and packaging.

Once we've reviwed the issue, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Change of Mind

For items that are not damaged or faulty, please note that Mallow belle does not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for change of mind, only in the case of a damaged product. Please review order carefully.

Personalised & Custom Items 

Personalised or Custom-made items cannot normally be returned because of a change of mind, unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
