Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–5 working days.

As Mallow Belle is a small handmade business, processing times may occasionally be longer during busy periods, launches or seasonal collections.

UK Delivery

We currently offer delivery within the United Kingdom.

Available delivery options and prices will be shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched and are provided as a guide rather than a guarantee.

Tracking

If your chosen delivery service includes tracking, your tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

Incorrect Address or Order Information

Please carefully check your order and delivery details before completing your purchase.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete delivery address and your order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to change or redirect the parcel.

If the parcel is returned to Mallow Belle because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, you may be required to pay the additional postage cost before we resend it.

If the parcel cannot be recovered or is delivered to the address provided at checkout, we may be unable to resend the order without an additional payment.

If Mallow Belle makes an error when processing or sending your order, we will correct the mistake at no additional cost to you.

Delayed or Lost Orders

Once your order has been handed to the delivery provider, delays may occur that are outside of our control.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Damaged Packages

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs of the packaging and the item and contact us as soon as possible.
